Currant Village is a community of 36 cluster homes located in Avon Lake, Ohio. Our Community is unique for its brick homes and design features modeled after German Village in Columbus, Ohio. Our Homeowners take pride in a neighborhood that recalls a simpler time of front porch visits and knowing your neighbors. Our Community is surrounded by green space and we pay special attention to maintaining our homes and surrounding Common Areas for the comfortable enjoyment of our Homeowners.
The Currant Village Homeowners Association is a volunteer Board comprised of at least 5 Homeowners residing in our Community. The Board’s primary mission is to manage the affairs of the Homeowners Association by prudent management of its finances; maintenance of the Common Areas; protecting the unique design features of the Community; and oversight of services provided to our Homeowners. The Board also provides a representative body to address questions and concerns raised by our Homeowners. The success of the Homeowners Association and the Board depends on the active support and participation by all Homeowners.
